7.1 This term of service is issued under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and shall be governed, construed, enforced, and interpreted in accordance with those laws, excluding any conflict of law principles that would apply the laws of a different jurisdiction.
8.0 SEVERABILITY
8.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that part shall be removed from the rest of the terms of service, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
9.0 TERMINATION
